By registering for and attending the OASIS Opening Event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your participation.

1. Event Participation

The OASIS Opening Event is a private event and attendance is limited to registered participants only.
Registration is mandatory and confirmation will be sent via email.
OASIS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Health and Safety

OASIS offers sauna and ice bath experiences. Participation in these activities is at your own risk.
You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating.
If you have any health concerns (e.g., heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, pregnancy, or other medical issues), please consult your doctor before attending.
You must follow all safety instructions provided by OASIS staff at all times.

3. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior towards staff and other participants is required.
The use of drugs, excessive alcohol, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
You agree to comply with all house rules, which will be explained before and during the event.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept that sauna and ice bath participation carries potential risks.
OASIS is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise from your participation.
You release OASIS, its staff, and affiliates from any claims or liability related to your attendance at the event.

5. Photography & Media

By attending, you agree that OASIS may capture photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in advance that you do not wish to appear.

6. Cancellation & Changes

OASIS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health regulations, safety concerns).
In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified promptly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
